I think Nintendo has gotten into the habit of making tutorial sections as neatly-wrapped webpages. I've seen it in ARMS among others — in SMM2, go to the ? icon under Settings in your Maker Profile in Course World.

many people works on third party code customisations like wordpress and other SAS stuff have to work on jquery and cant add large code of other libraries, just to showsoff react/angular/vue skills.
