We have the V10 and can confirm that it's great!
@Dyson customer service in New Zealand really stepped up when the V10 died also. Why not the V11? It's the upgrade to V10.

I saw a clip on Youtube that the V11 sucks slightly better but not sure if I'm willing to pay $200 (USD?) more for something that sucks 10% better and a fancy screen. The battery life is sufficient for us to vacuum our 200 square meter home.
