They're supposed to be in importance order but often they are......not
Constantly confused by how Android notifications work (at least on my Samsung S10, still no idea what's Android and what isn't). Notifications aren't in order. Some are ridiculously huge. And others are collapsed hiding critical information. Only part of iOS that I miss.

I love the ones that reappear a second after you dismiss them. Also the ones that pop up a second after you wake your phone. You try to dismiss one only to dismiss the new one that was in the middle of sliding in... Then no way to see what you just cleared..

Once an Android lover, now an iPhone user, due to tremendously better privacy... Which I consider more important than features and power to custom the environment. Fortunately iOS is getting better and better on notifications!

FWIW I think that might be what Samsung have done to Android, it doesn't sound the way my Pixel behaves, running stock Android.
