So much American TV will reference America being special for it's "liberty and diversity". Yeah. Fuck. I thought we’d just begun to move away from a lot of this, but I’ve been out of these circles for a long time now (city planning and public data coll for a couple years after grad school). The underlying stat that props up these diversity arguments is deeply cynical.
