I actually taked with some folks there about this. It’s complicated by licensing. Apparently you need a different (read: more expensive) license if you want to “synchronize visuals” to the music.

I got the impression that nobody is quite sure if content generated on the client counts, but having lawyers figured it out is likely too expnesive to bother.
