Any pluggable interface would likely be very limited to basic AST transforms. Anything more complicated should exist inside of Rome.
You can build up a type/control file graph without type annotations. In fact sometimes you can get more meaningful type information that way.

Accessing that info could pave the way for more powerful linters... ones that steer users away from V8 de-optomization, and identify where unintentional mutations occur. Would be a big, big win. Can you please further describe the type/control file graph in RomeJS?
