      Our ability to measure this stuff has been thoroughly broken for a while as a result of our growth outpacing the method I previously used to measure this stuff (it has been a similarly long time since I measured versions of npm and node in use, for the same reason). Sorry!

          Also I wonder if Yarn PnP + offline mirror is making cache usage more effective, which would result in decreased network traffic.
