I think it’s probably all the image assets being included at multiple resolutions. AFAIK it’s taken a long time to get proper SVG support

It must be because of the Java naming convention. On a serious note https://www.quora.com/Why-are-Android-apps-smaller-in-size-than-iOS-apps … Also I think it'd be fair to compare it to electron apps rather than regular web apps.
