It’s disgusting how normalised using your phone while driving is. People nonchalantly tweet photos behind the wheel, record vlogs while driving, and in California you’ll always catch someone at an intersection on their phone. In the US it is NOT taboo.

A scarily large number of Americans I've spoken to think having a DUI conviction is standard/not a big deal so phone use isn't that surprising.
