Is there any software to assist in the code review/audit of an existing codebase? I figured there must be something to help since security audits are relatively common and have the same constraints.
Ohh that would work! I have no idea about what any review software would do, or how it would work, only what I want it to solve.

I took over 3 codebases which were all built into the same directory so 1) there was an added misdirection when a moustache file didn’t seem to exist, and 2) nothing seemed to ‘sub’ to a message that was ‘pub’d

I wrote a babel-plugin to traverse all the files, collecting info as it went along and spat out a directed graph in a html file using visjs. Unfortunately, it was an iteratively bespoke plugin for that codebase so nothing to make into a generic tool
