None. If I'm using a tool, it isn't supposed to make me laugh or pretend to be my friend. Humor often doesn't cross cultural boundaries. You’re using a tool created by a human. I agree that Easter eggs that are random, and get in your way are bad. But a hidden command or flag that has no production implications, and just affects the CLI seems fine to me.

Absolutely, developers are people. Even behind a flag, that's essentially dead code meant to amuse others who look at the source or learn from them that it exists. It's a novelty, that for local tools is fine and might boost team morale. For global distribution, not so much.
