What's the best CSS-in-JS library with static typing support? I don't want template literals, or even necessarily anything React-specific. The smaller the API surface and dependencies the better.

It's not perfect! But at least it solves some things better than other styling libraries.

I disagree with *some* decisions with it, but works really well @ all the projects that I used it for.
