What’s ridiculous about it? Calling it the “cod of conduct” trivialises actual code of conducts.

This *is* an actual code of conduct, it's just much briefer than most. The difference is that it doesn't use language tailored for projects with much larger communities. We're talking about a side-project with a single maintainer: there is no "project team", no "leadership" etc.
