What UX disasters do you deal with in everyday life? My favorite lately: the parking garage for my building has doors that "crash" if you use them wrong. Using the left-side door to leave causes the door to wedge itself shut and get stuck until opened from the other side.

Ugh I hate this. I always expect a little spurt of pure syrup at the end to make up for it but it never works like that.

The lag on frozen yogurt dispensers gets you to pay more since it's sold by weight. My local store sells a cone for a fixed $3 tho so I always go for that and apologize to the cashier--"It wouldn't stop dispensing!"
