In parts of Australia the over-abundance of housing in an overinflated market results in house prices crashing and rent becoming cheap because there's so many options. Just pointing out that "invest in real estate" is super nuanced and can be bad advice.

One thing I worry about is when people just stop being so stubborn and learn how to work with anyone anywhere in the world effectively instead of just five cities. Would we see the demand spread out across the nation? I sure hope so.
