Pi Day is terrible because it’s an annual reminder that Americans use the MM/DD format. It’s uniquely an “international” American holiday. The date format is almost as worse as the choice to use Fahrenheit but not quite.

Also you nerds, I love Pi Day. I memorised 100 digits of Pi in high school because my teacher said they would give me a chocolate bar if I could. I can still recite it off the top of my head.

Cool. I had to memorize a poem from Edgar Allen Poe. I froze, but was able to recite it from the last line to the first, in opposite order, by remembering what the page looked like.
