Problematic since I’d have to wrap all arthimetic in a call to BigInt to coerce it to a bigint. This is entirely a hack, unfortunate there’s not a better way to do this (outside Flow supporting it itself (which I don’t have hope for unless I want to learn Ocaml and send a PR)
