I kinda roll my eyes whenever I see "senior developer" in someone's bio. This isn't your resume. The title is so arbitrary and it feels like an unnecessary brag.
It’s important context for my tweets since I reference Facebook projects and the company a lot. I don’t list my job title because it’s irrelevant to how people engage with me on Twitter.

That's the case, Sebastian. You already have a job at Facebook, so you don't need to brag about it. Some might need to brag about it (underrepresented groups) or even a simple happiness of achievement of finally becoming a senior. Plz, think a bit out of the bubble as well.

That's your reasoning behind it. That's not necessarily how other people might perceive it. That's the point of my tweet. "Working at Facebook" can be more of a title than "Senior Developer". You also said it yourself that context doesn't matter.https://twitter.com/sebmck/status/1103617384479305728 …

Your bio says:
“Working on ReactNative and JavaScript at Facebook”
That looks like a resume and some people might see “working at Facebook” as a brag too.
