I kinda roll my eyes whenever I see "senior developer" in someone's bio. This isn't your resume. The title is so arbitrary and it feels like an unnecessary brag.

Not assuming you are, just saying members of marginalized groups have a much harder time getting there than you and I. I don't know that I'm senior either, tbqh.
I understand the underrepresented minority aspect, I’ve replied to others and make a top-level tweet as such. It just felt odd to compare both of us without knowing enough about my sociodemographic and professional background.

I think I know you pretty well :) Your influence is felt across the entire JS community, you're smart, humble, and kind. You're senior pretty much anywhere but BigCo like Facebook. Maybe put it in your bio next time you're job searching and see what happens :P
