I kinda roll my eyes whenever I see "senior developer" in someone's bio. This isn't your resume. The title is so arbitrary and it feels like an unnecessary brag.

Just to make sure, it’s OK for underrepresented folks to have their position listed on twitter bio, but not OK for everybody else?

He's not the dev police, you can do what you like

I'm not sure why a title would change over attitude if it's that impaired to with.
Thanks. Twitter will use this to make your timeline better. UndoUndo

Its not about underrepresented people... The twitter bio is a kind of resume for many people and being a “senior developer” means that you shouldn’t be contacted for “junior” positions.

In Portugal, as an example, junior devs usually have up to 3/4 years of professional experience, senior developers have more than that and have bigger salaries. Obviously there’s no set rule and it’s highly subjective.
