      I kinda roll my eyes whenever I see "senior developer" in someone's bio. This isn't your resume. The title is so arbitrary and it feels like an unnecessary brag.

      This is legit if those folks constantly get @-messaged by other folks assuming they are junior devs, which, you know, is a thing because of bias.

      URM isn't something I'd considered and you're absolutely right, thanks for highlighting. For what it's worth, I've only ever seen "senior developer" on the profiles of white men on Twitter.
