It's like do or do not, there is no try for you guys so it's needless to have motivation
Is that a joke? Why are we so special that we can magic up motivation?

I chose to read it as a compliment that we're just so good, we are able to accomplish anything we want without needing motivation. (Totally untrue by the way.)
