It's been 1 week since someone drove into @Anagobarreto's car and @StateFarm are refusing to let us get it fixed despite having video footage showing that the other person was at fault
In Australia whenever you get into an accident you file a claim with your own autoinsurance and it's their job to work with the other insurance cos. Seems like in the US, you have to get your car repaired through whoever admits fault, or else you're in for a fun time.

State Farm denied my claim when I was in the crosswalk and struck by a driver who ran a stop sign insured by them. My health and auto insurance who isn't State Farm stepped in and quickly paid all my expenses. My auto insurance and the prosecutor said the driver was at fault
