It might be the lack of sleep. You’re not oversleeping. Try setting a bedtime routine and going to bed a bit earlier. Stop redditing or watching Netflix before bed. Turn off or dim all the lights an hour before. Take a warm shower, when your body cools down you’ll get sleepier.

Haha everybody is different. But you should set different alarm sounds, if needed. Do you feel tired throughout the day?
