I have smart light bulbs (Philips Hues) that I've set to light up automatically in the morning! It's been helpful although does require a bit of a set up
We have Hue light bulbs in our bedroom but there’s also a lot of natural sunlight so I don’t think I’d notice it

Mmm what if you put the shades/curtains down and slept with little light for a couple of nights to condition yourself and then set up the lightbulbs
