I wake up half asleep and turn it off or snooze it. When I wake up I usually don’t remember doing it. I sabotage myself...

There are alarms in the app stores that you must solve a math puzzle to shutdown. Maybe that helps?

I’ve managed to train my half-sleeping self to do all kinds of things. Now it can solve puzzles, walk across the room to grab phones, find phones hidden under things and the list goes on.
