Hooks support is coming to DevTools soon! Here's a demo that uses a couple of @gabe_ragland's sample hooks

It would be cool to infer the name of hooks by passing the variable name to dev tools via some sort of Babel transform...

Technically we have everything we need on the client already. Source location and the source so we could parse it out on demand. It’s more of a matter if Chrome DevTools lets us have it and if you can reuse parses/source maps they already have.
