Looks pretty similar to what I'm picturing the React DevTools could look like!
Not saying you should do this, but it should be fairly straightforward to build an adapter to make Flipper work with React.

Really? React DevTools need to do a lot more than just the elements+props pane (e.g. profiler, hooks integration)

Flipper is just a desktop app with a communication channel with a host device. You can do whatever processing on the device and then send it over in the standardised format and it will be displayed. There's also delineated APIs for all the other plugins too.
