The
@mailspringapp project still uses “.es6” for files that are run through Babel. I’ve thought about changing it for years but I actually... kind of like how explicit it is. -

What about convincing the world you can import non-JS modules? e.g. `import "./style.css"` or `import Icon from "./icon.svg"`
