If it's within the same company I would agree. But otherwise I don't think it's good to follow the SF bubble and that shit IS a bubble. Salaries for devs in London are already pretty high compared to other industries IMO

Sure. But if people in London working in tech feel they are compensated appropriately (don't know if this is true) then compensation disparity between US/UK doesn't matter. And the tech bubble being localised in US causes compensation disparity so issues are not so separate
