I like to write tests mostly when behavior requirements aren’t obvious from the code. Most code is simple or written like a plain decision tree and the tests don’t buy you as much. Put another way, I’m not the biggest fan of tests that catch things code review would easily find.

Excellent. I always found that feature really confusing and the resulting tests to be low value.

Not entirely killed... Hack unit tests still use automocking :( I usually use the integration framework even for unit tests, just to avoid the auto mocking.
