After spending hours trying to get certbot and Let's Encrypt to work, and messing with Python dependency hell, I'm ready to just call it a day and buy a cheap SSL cert.
Caddy looks way too magical to me. I'm specifically trying to get control of my home network and devices so something that automatically fetches SSL certs makes me feel uneasy.

With certbot I control where the certificates are stored and when they're regenerated.
