Why not USG? Since everything is Unifi, why did you choose Edgerouter?

On the recommendation of friends
Wasn’t aware that the Unifi Controller wouldn’t integrate with other product lines so sort of regret it, but there’s no going back now. Going to try out UNMS and hopefully when it gets Unifi support it’ll be great.

I used to be a fan. Still alright stuff, although they kind of got disrupted by good consumer mesh APs. Good luck!

Going to get some home servers and NAS stuff so figured I'd go all in on Unifi (with the exception of the edgerouter). They actually released a new product line called Amplifi that's a consumer version of their Unifi mesh stuff. Looks pretty cool. https://amplifi.com/

Awesome! I did the same thing last year, it's been so great. Having access points all over the house is superb. And the Unifi controller interface gives you lots of detailed info about what's happening on your network
