My family are visiting the US and my 7 month old nephew is having difficulty breathing. The first thing we need to worry about before getting him help is if their travel insurance covers it and how much it's going to cost. America is great.

Well @anagobarreto also says that in Madeira you end up waiting for hours and the facilities are poor and decrepit.
