Shout out to @Airbnb who offer ACTUAL PHONE CUSTOMER SUPPORT. They were quick, polite, and friendly. Within a couple of hours we had a full refund, and if it wasn’t so late, likely another Airbnb.

Continuing on my Las Vegas saga. We left our Airbnb last night at midnight without even sleeping there after we found urine soaked sheets, cigarettes and Tobacco between a fold out bed, sticky floors, and grime and dust everywhere. Luckily we found a hotel.

There weren’t... Probably because only drunk partygoers rent it who don’t care. Although it’s hard to like a soiled bed.

Jesus, that sucks. Did they have prior reviews? If so I wonder if these can be investigated. As a Host and Renter I really feel pissed when I hear about these experiences.
