css-in-js folks: do any of the libraries out there support a build step that extracts your styles into css files, as opposed to putting them all in js objects?

Not open sourced although I imagine it might happen someday
Our static resource pipeline is in such a churn right now that I wouldn’t anticipate there being a chance to open source it until next year.
