Never buying an @htc product again. I bought a @htcvive less than one month ago and it came with a dead pixel and a broken base station. I filled out a complaint which they never responded to and now I finally get a hold of someone and they tell me the replacement period is over.

Apparently not? Last week I filed a support ticket and they never got back to me (7 days ago) so I'm trying the live chat right now and they are just telling me I'm out of luck.. now they are saying I can pay my own shipping and send it back and maybe they can repair it..

Issue a chargeback, they gave you a defective product and now are refusing to replace it
