I feel like browser compatibility should be represented by engine instead of browser. We should be using Webkit, Blink, Trident, EdgeHTML etc instead. Kinda silly to include Opera, Brave and others who are reusing existing engines.

Safari and Chrome both run on WebKit and yet there’re a lot of differences in how they render html+css.
Chrome does not use webkit. It was formed as Blink years ago and is significantly different to webkit today.
