I think that the latest styled-components types with Typescript 2.9 has been pretty good, especially with the new support of being able to infer props from tagged template literals. Unsure about Flow though.

Both styled-components and emotion play well with TypeScript and there is a good plugin for VSCode. I saw something in Reason land that was interesting but forgot the name
