Reminder: npm inc regularly gloat that Yarn is irrelevant and shouldn't exist. Ironic to see subtweets complaining about me not wanting npm inc to exist.

I mirrored the couchdb database years ago and got it working fine? Did they change something?
-
They’ve started removing a lot of the replication functionality. AFAIK they’ve moved away from couchdb for storage and just mock the API.

We are here to help others to own their own registry, perhaps not at the same level, but, we have saved $$ to many companies and developers for hosting a private one.

I had deployed
@verdaccio_npm in my previous company by replacing@jfrog artifactory and It is pretty good and saved a lot of money for the company. Also, I liked the community support too much that I ended up as a contributor too.
