Keep in mind in Australia they just cover everything with crappy bbq sauce like bulls-eye or kraft. I’m flying to Memphis tomorrow and can’t wait for the bbq

Which is not to say it’s bad
just a different kind of bbq. I think you’d love the kind of bbq that doesn’t need sauce in the south.
