I’ve found that most American BBQ doesn’t have enough sauce and tastes bland.
So. Many. Places. Pulled pork sandwiches are my jam. Probably just terrible options in our area. More often than not it’s plain with no sauce. Since moving here I did discover Sweet Baby Rays and it’s amazing.

Keep in mind in Australia they just cover everything with crappy bbq sauce like bulls-eye or kraft. I’m flying to Memphis tomorrow and can’t wait for the bbq
