Firing someone isn't a sign of strength, it's a sign of weakness. It means you hired the wrong person. Firing people over and over Just emphasizes you have no idea what you're doing.

Making mistakes isn't a sign of weakness. You need to make mistakes in order to become better. It's worse when people don't take chances on people, or when they deny their mistakes because they don't want to admit that they're fallible.
