The failure of a centralised approach to innovation shouldn't shock anyone that has been alive for the last 10 years.
Why isn't the approach more market-driven? I mean considering they are called the 'Competition and Markets Authority', wouldn't you expect it to be startups competing to offer the most value to consumers? The whole approach seems to be centralised.
