@laundrapp I've moved from Islington to Hackney and I have to say: you have serious quality control issues.
I want a refund for my voucher.

The delivery men called to reschedule to later in the night and then they are late anyway. The shirts aren't even in laundrapp bags anymore.
Another situation which was super dubious was when somebody arrived at my door without a laundrapp bag to ask for my shirts.
Am I meant to just hand my clothes to anybody who knocks on my door now? It feels unsafe.
Your service in Islington was great. In Hackney I am paying tonnes of money to have my clothes thrown into a dirty van and delivered late.
I have £150+ left on a voucher. Please refund me so I can go to somebody that cares...pic.twitter.com/PxC3iX4kM8

I don't need a re-clean. It's not actually muddied my clothes - but the mud is perilously close and I don't think that's good.
I'm sorry to hear that, Seb. I've asked our Customer Care team to get in touch with you as a matter of urgency to arrange the re-clean 1/2
