The people behind the decision of stopping copy-paste in text boxes where a money transfer is involved really need to be taught the concept of human error.
Agree with this, although if you do copy-and-paste repeatedly you can suffer from the other kind of error, where you recklessly copy the wrong value in, in a stupor.

How hard could it be for banks to add an "undo transaction" toast like Gmail's undo send.

I guess it would be pretty hard given banks are well known for having lots of legacy code and enough process to hinder every possible improvement. It's comical how much my bank reminds me of security, while it makes sure account passwords are short and digits-only.
