If you look at the actions of people it should be clear that you're not doing enough to make people understand. Because the normal haunts are closed, people are travelling to places that used to be empty, and now they're thronging with people.

People listen to "keep at least 2 metres apart" and don't hear the 'at least' part. Since the virus can be transmitted in the air, people should be entirely avoiding places with other people around. This hasn't been made clear.

Like many others, I decided to take a walk alongside a nearby canal which is normally very quiet. Within a few minutes 50+ people travelled past me so I turned back. Due to the width of the path it was impossible to socially distance. And groups of 5+ people were walking past.
