@bt_uk You only offer £10 of compensation for a week without broadband internet service.
Is that correct?
Hi, I can confirm that for the week that we had no service BT only removed £10 from our bill and refused to offer any more than this. I can also confirm that we were repeatedly harassed by phone for the complaint to be closed even though we weren't happy with your service.
