That doesn't sound right Seb. If you've had a fault and had no connection at all the compensation is £8 per day until the service is restored. We don't compensate for slow speeds or intermittent connection though ^Sarah
@bt_uk You only offer £10 of compensation for a week without broadband internet service.
Is that correct?

I had no internet at all for this period of time. 2 days were on the weekend though. We spoke on the phone and the support person refused to give any more compensation offering only £10. I said to keep the complaint open because I wasn't happy...
