Received over 50 applications so far for the internal recruiter role at @Freetrade and I've come to the conclusion that there are two types of recruiter CV.
Type 1:
KPI's, TARGETS, COMPETENCIES, EMEA, PRO-ACTIVE, SYNERGY
Type 2:
People, inclusivity, retention, relationships
I accept that this would have affected a person's practice but wanted to point out that intention to leave a particular type of workplace should count for something.

Yes. It definitely does. The nuances of what I actually look for in a CV aren’t actually as binary as my original tweet. It was more of a broad generalisation.
